When company buy back their own shares, either at a discounted price or to keep the company "within premise" it's still a good move.

With WTS as the new Director of Eforce, I only hope he will get more projects coming in OR explore better apportunities in other region for Eforce.

As for now, I still didn't see Eforce are able to get better result.

Over the past 3 years, result is just so-so.

I don't know much about America properties but Malaysia properties are bursting soon as property bubble is getting bigger and I understand many are stuck and want to dispose their units even at little to no gain.

what happened to the once upon a time book value of 1.2bil? gone?

Looking at the balance sheet, we can see that the company is facing some liquidity issues in the near term. With current liabilities of RM30.6mil (of which RM13mil are in debt) and with a current asset of only RM4.7mil (of which cash is a mere RM180k), the company will need to raised more capital soon in order to pay off their immediate obligations. Given the current obligation amount is twice of its current market cap, it would most likely need to raise the capital via a right issue exercise.

Cytew, could you explain too why in year 2017, PUC was traded 20 to 35 cents?

cytew Daily 8, Revenue boss had taken all my proposals and advices to him closely and implement them accordingly to my suggested sequence and timing, while PUC boss was not, but now he had already took my proposal and advices closely and my suggested sequence by implementing (1) share consolidation, (2) acquisition of remaining 67% of Puctureworks (3) 30% private placement... accordingly

seacera is in tug of war with new party in play. Hmm....

As on Friday, Seacera dropped till 28.5 cents. Hope won't cause so much defect to overall Fintec positive qr performance on next quarter.

I hope to have Fintec explaning why acquiring seacera...if no mistake, have to do with Tiger ....

I guess not many people know about Fintec as I do. Thru the past few years, Fintec will not risk acquiring the company at a higher price. It's always a bargain price.
