Rumor has it say, that Media belonged to UMNO. (False) Rumor stay as rumor.

Media Prima was used as a trajectory for UMNO to trive in their reign once upon a time.

So to say, Media is free from these rascals. BUT not from the excruciating loan debts from subsidiaries over the years.

The proposal to sell Bangsar, Shah Alm, and Shah Alm lands as proposed b New Straits Times Press which is a subs owned by Media Prima too PNB for a cash of
280 mil.

Market value for these 3 properties valued at 305.50 mil which par a dis of 8.35% to PNB.

Looking ahead, the sales of the proceeds 271.60mil will go to :-
1.settle loans of 48.35mil
2.new intercompany loans of 223.25mil
3. excess of 2.9mil will be used for internal funds.

Good morning. The price of PUC is still heavily discounted at the price of (0.145)
Ealier, the price rebounded to (0.155) fetching lucrative return to those who bought at 0.095-0.10.

Try look at few other counters that have came to the bottom pit and rebounded with the same pattern.

PUC has been aggressively ongoing with the news and announcement and for now, I strongly opine they are working in the phase of delivery to the market.

PUC is not an uptrend yet. So, you need to find your reason for buying this stock.
