At that time, the price of MBSB fell from 1.35 to 1.05.

It doesn't take long for MBSB price to escalate back to 1.35 the following year.

We need to demand management of PUC to answer us despite tonnes of announcements of their ongoing projects; why are their price of stocks keep coming down?

Palm oil have restrictions from EU and the current palm oil price is lower. These are temporary effect. Global market sentiment and previous heavy corruptions from managements that trigggered the growing problem of FGV.

TRY PUT BETTER MANAGEMENTS to sort out management issues ( NO.1) in FGV. AND THEY ARE INTO IT NOW.

REDUCE UNUSED MANPOWER IN FGV. COST CUT AND TERMINATE BIASE CONTRACTS FROM FGV.

Capital reduction is because losses suffered divided by total assets are more than a percentage that could trigger PN17. They want to par down the losses so that
1. Will not trigger bursa query.
2. The company will not loss so much.
3. Capital reduction can help to bring the real value of the company though share price will definitely lower than before. Net asset per share will be reduced.

So far, FOCUS DYNAMIC bring in lucrative profits because the share price have appreciated.
