U can't be sure it will Not go to 12. No one can predict the market. But one thing for sure, it is oversold with based on FA. It is cheap and Forwards Earnings are still there despite many players entering the market. But like KYY said, TA is more important (it seems he has given up). Anyway, it is a gamble.
