Oh my, I just realized that I allowed myself to respond to you. I should never engage with narrow-minded individuals like you who won't lead me anywhere. I've learned my lesson now.

There is no need for you to accept, approve, or reject anything as you are not one of the SAP creditors. The management team is actively working on debt restructuring and negotiating new terms with the creditors. I am curious, why are you so angry?

I never mentioned ARAMCO. Perhaps someone else in this forum brought up the topic of ARAMCO, but it wasn't me.

Do you have any proof that I'm lying? It's effortless to accuse someone of lying, but it's challenging to provide evidence. My assertion is that QATAR ENERGY will act as the WhiteKnight. If you don't believe me, it doesn't automatically mean I'm a liar.
You should wait and see for yourself that QATAR ENERGY's name will be featured in an announcement.
Only if there's no mention of QATAR ENERGY, then I would be a liar. You are labeling me as a liar without any proof.
I don't want to waste my time arguing with someone like you, who seems to be skeptical about everything related to the company, including its debt restructuring and turnaround. It appears that you want the company to fail, and no matter what I say, you will always bring up the RM15 billion debt, winding up, and call me a liar.
I apologize, I should not have responded to you. I forgot that I needed to reply with a standard response. It's alright, I will give myself a pass this one time.

In the SAPURA ENERGY forum, a peculiar group of individuals has emerged - those who seem to hate the company and everything it stands for, yet they spend a considerable amount of time in the forum every day. These individuals are likely to be suffering from narcissistic personality disorder, characterized by an excessive sense of self-importance, a need for admiration, and a lack of empathy.
Despite their apparent disdain for SAPURA ENERGY, these narcissistic individuals cannot seem to stay away from the forum. They spend hours every day monitoring the company's stock price, monitoring the activities of other investors, and posting negative comments about the company and its management team. They may even engage in arguments and debates with other forum members who disagree with them, trying to assert their dominance and prove their superiority.
For these individuals, the SAPURA ENERGY forum may be a platform for them to express their sense of superiority and to seek admiration and validation from others. By presenting themselves as experts on the company's financial affairs, they hope to garner attention and admiration from other forum members. I always verify information before spreading any rumors. Please don't worry about my source. If it turns out that WhiteKnight is not Qatar Energy, I am willing to delete my account and refrain from commenting on i3 ever again. This is a testament to my unwavering confidence in the accuracy of my information.
Please be patient and wait for further updates =)

If an individual lacks knowledge about the stock market, they may tend to focus solely on the issue of debt and repeatedly reference SAPURA ENERGY's RM 15 billion debt. It is important to note, however, that the company is currently undergoing a debt restructuring process, which may not be fully understood by those with limited financial expertise.
Therefore, it is possible that this individual may not fully grasp the concept of debt restructuring, which involves modifying the terms of outstanding debt to improve the company's financial standing. It is important to have a more comprehensive understanding of the company's overall financial position, rather than just fixating on the issue of debt.

One of the challenges faced by those who hold a negative view of SAPURA ENERGY is their fixation on the company's RM 15 billion debt. However, it is important to note that this level of debt is not uncommon for players in the Oil & Gas industry and should not be the sole focus of analysis.
Despite this, detractors often continue to fixate on the company's debt and reject any possibility of a white knight investor or creditors taking a haircut. This narrow-minded approach is often reflected in their repeated comments on online forums, with many calling for the company to cease operations or go bankrupt.
However, it is important to take a more comprehensive view of SAPURA ENERGY's position, considering not just its debt levels but also its diversified portfolio of assets, its recent debt restructuring initiatives, and its potential for growth through new technologies and market expansion. By looking beyond just the debt figures, a more accurate and comprehensive assessment of the company's prospects can be made.

Sapura Energy is a vital player in the Malaysian oil and gas ecosystem, providing a range of integrated services and solutions across the upstream and downstream sectors. The company's diversified portfolio of upstream assets in Malaysia, which include oil and gas fields such as Gumusut-Kakap, B15, and PM329, play a critical role in the country's oil and gas production. Malaysia is a net exporter of oil and gas, and the industry accounts for a significant share of the country's GDP. As such, Sapura Energy's operations are vital to the overall health and stability of the Malaysian economy.
The recent debt restructuring initiative undertaken by Sapura Energy is a significant positive for the company and its stakeholders. The restructuring plan involves reducing the company's debt levels and extending its debt maturity profile, which will improve its liquidity and reduce its overall interest expenses. This, in turn, will improve the company's profitability and enhance investor confidence. With a more robust balance sheet, Sapura Energy will be better positioned to invest in growth opportunities, undertake strategic acquisitions, and drive operational efficiencies.
The potential white knight investor rumored to be interested in Sapura Energy could bring much-needed capital, strategic guidance, and additional expertise to the company. This would further enhance the company's prospects and could help unlock further growth opportunities. A potential white knight investor would bring added stability and could help the company to navigate any headwinds in the industry.
Sapura Energy's focus on operational excellence, cost optimization measures, diversification of revenue streams, and the adoption of digital technologies has helped drive improvements in operating profit. The company has invested in new technologies such as robotics and artificial intelligence, which are helping to drive down costs and improve efficiency. The company has also diversified its revenue streams by expanding into new markets such as renewable energy, which will help to reduce its dependence on traditional oil and gas markets.
Lastly, the agreement by creditors to take a haircut is a sign of confidence in the company's prospects and its ability to generate sufficient cash flows to repay its debts. This is a significant positive for the company and will significantly reduce its debt burden, improving its financial flexibility and position.
Overall, Sapura Energy's solid oil and gas reserves, successful debt restructuring initiative, potential white knight investor, improving operating profit, and creditors agreeing to take a haircut make a strong bullish investment thesis. With a strong position in the Malaysian oil and gas ecosystem and its diversified portfolio of assets, the company is well-positioned to deliver significant value to its shareholders over the medium to long term.

Your argument incorrect. You asserted that if SAP is to survive, then there should be a greater trading volume rather than remaining stagnant at 0.04.
Similarly, I can argued that if SAP is likely to be delisted, the trading volume should have increased and the price should have fallen to 0.01 by now.
You are selectively choosing facts to align with your biases or personal agenda.

A friend of mine, who works at SAP, has shared an update with me. However, please take the information with a grain of salt. The update states that the white knight is well-informed about the present scenario and has approved our management team's structure, business plan, and proposed assets for sale. We are anticipating an announcement regarding the white knight's decision soon.

QQQ668:
After the massive 5 for 2 right issue, Sapura has settled many debts and the subsequent impairment after impairment creating loses after losses, the NTA is depleting. And the latest one is negative NTA, is it a strategy to convince the creditors, vendors and debt holders to take a hair cut for a win win solution?
The stock price is being depressed giving a different picture of actual situation. Another 2 more week , things will be clear , hopefully !
_________________________________________________________________________________________
This is precisely what I was thinking. With the current negative NTA, creditors may have to accept the haircut they proposed, or they might end up receiving even less if SAP's assets are sold at a fire sale.
In September of last year, SAP was able to secure the agreement of 50% of its creditors for the proposed haircut. They now require an additional 25% to persuade the court. This is what my friend in SAP told me

It appears that you ask questions in your argument simply to make yourself appear intelligent. However, it's important to recognize that this tactic is not effective, and it's time to wake up and acknowledge the reality that you are not as knowledgeable as you believe.

Alright, I will end the discussion here. Bob, it's evident that you are not on my level, as the way you present your arguments indicates that you are incapable of engaging in a productive discussion.
Your points lack clarity and are often difficult to comprehend. Sometimes your proficiency in English is also questionable, and even when switching to Malay, it remains difficult to understand. Perhaps sign language would be a better medium, So OKU can understand you

I cannot entertain this type of argument where you only choose a scenario where you can be proven right.
For instance, claiming that after consolidation, most people would dump their shares, which would result in decreased value. Instead, why not look at the example of AirAsia after consolidation?
I anticipate that your response will be, 'AirAsia is an exception' or 'SAP has 15 billion in debt,' and you will attempt to dismiss the example.

Once again, it appears that you have a lack of education in finance and investment. Allow me, as a highly educated T20 individual in this i3 forum, to teach you.
Your statement that share consolidation is extremely bad for shareholders in a loss-making company like SAP with debts over 15 billion is incorrect. As I explained in my response to Mr. Boob, share consolidation has nothing to do with shrinking the value of shareholders' investments, and debt and share consolidation are not related. Share consolidation simply reduces the number of outstanding shares, and that's its only purpose.
Consolidation is typically used by companies whose share prices have fallen, and they want to avoid delisting their shares or attract more investors by increasing the per-share price. It's important to note that profitable companies will not do share consolidation, but rather a stock split.
Your statement that 'if a profitable company consolidates, shareholders rejoice' demonstrates your lack of knowledge in the stock market.

share consolidation reduces the value of shares?
This has nothing to do with shrinking the value of shareholders' investments.
share consolidation involves combining shares and increasing the face value, which ultimately reduces the number of outstanding shares.
Who said that the 15.35 billion in debt would just disappear?
Debt restructuring is the solution, which could involve a combination of long-term and short-term restructuring, as well as creditors accepting a haircut. It is better for creditors to take a haircut than to sell SAP assets at a fire sale.
How can the company raise more funds to settle its position? Will it be through rights issues or private placements?
The company has already confirmed that it will carry out a private placement to bring in a White Knight investor.
