the Next downward will be tomorrow noon time, or the next day. Once it break RM1.34, The next target is RM1.2, and following RM1. It might take another 2-3 weeks. However, once it hits below RM1, this is time to be generously greedy.

buy back while this is big gap, not within 1-3% different... you are going to lose out more.. it could be a jump of 5-7% while u are in toilet.

As I said, Maybank analyst could not go beyond his narrowed range, upgraded from rm1.8 to rm1.84...... that's is panicking move... couldn't find a better story to cover the mistake

If this is for shareholder, Now the counter is going up 5% in one day, image if the PP proposal cancelled in EGM, The counter would drop immediately, who is going to lose more? The shareholder will sure approve it.

Obviously, The crowd is buying this move of PP. No worries about rejecting the PP proposal in EGM.

I took a very general calculation on how Tony and his fellow's plan on making profit by using this Tune Live thru this private placement . We assume that Tony's plan is to make profit within a year, starting from 1 April 16, then this is next year, Apri 17.

Scenario is Tony and his fellow got his pocket money of RM500M, and borrow another RM500M from Bank, as Tune Live of RM1B to pump in AA as 16% shareholder.

1. With Rm500M from their own pocket, this is interest-free.
2. WIth RM500M from Bank, this is around 8% per annual, like overdraft.This is RM40M interest per annual to pay.
3. For miminum profit margin, we usually will say 12%, that's what Mutual fund will attract investor
4. Tony will take a bet on AA to raise 20% (8%+12%) minimum to reach the target price. (Otherwise,would u as the business partner go in with him?

That;s mean the price should be miminum reaching RM2.16 by April 17, to hit this target.

Well, for me I think tis is minimum target, if tony's my partner, I would demand for more than 12%, maybe 21% at least.

STC1136, you should know that AA during 2009 was at sentiment trend, every counters dropped, so it's regardless of any PP whatsoever.

Airasia, it has few reason why this is confirmed as uptrend, this has the audited financial report to support the profit margin, it has the proven raised demand in the market, and it now has the low fuel advantage. The players from Topglove and supermax are taking profit, it all will come in Airasia.

Hothot1, I believe so. But, this is not too late to buy back at this current price. Back to 2008-2009, airasia hit bottle at 0.92 and sustained at 1-1.1, and it took off around 2010 and from july - july, within 1 year to hit rm4.

tomchong, large volume is normal for stock like airasia in uptrend, as there're short selling ppl who are taking merely profit around 10% -15% max, but when you have experiences in the stock market, this is around 3-4years for airasia in downtrend, but 3 days in uptrend, why so hurry to sell, unless, there's no experience at all, but believe me, these guys will regret selling fast, the uptrend will be minimum 10-12months.

this is confirmed the uptrend sign and from the record, it will hit the climax around 12-14months and sustain a while before it drops. I believe anyone of you can accumulate it now before is too late.

EPF selling at this stage doesn't mean getting off the game, it possibly switch the fund to secure for the stock like FGV etc to secure for better price for the political profit concern. ideally, the stock has just taken off, if there's no major problem for the 3rd and 4th quarter report, it will highly raise to the previous price at RM2.5 by few months time. If the report show good result, it will again raise. The trend never change.

This is highly possible to raise up to RM3 by next year, and look at the chart, this first wave is sustaining with 60% raise, and usually it has at least 4 waves, and what do you expect?

From what you said, you are right about the USD, debt in USD, Indo issues, which we all can see and read from the banks' reports. But about the PN17, I believe this is from your own pessimistic opinion. PN17 simply can be defined as companies in defaulted in loan repayments or in financial difficulty, or continually making loss for years. Even MAS is not yet rated as PN17 stock, for Airasia, which makes profit for almost every years, this is the least so far you will need to worry. Except for AAX, or regionally companies like AAI, or AAP, but from the analysis, it tells the profit or sale are improving. So, this is based on actual fact, but no simply subjective pessimistic opion, No offense.

also that, Airasia definitely make more profit than year 2013 that the profit is on uptrend, it will make the record good than many other oil companies and Oil palm, Banks, which profits are inclining.

But the fact is, Welligton does accumulating shares ever since, and not disposing much. and EPF has been recently acquiring more funds as well.
