I think we forget all the "gold" DRB owns. And the normal 30% the Brokers reduce the Taget price with because it's a Conglomerate is way to much old thinking. If you go to a Broker to get his help to invest in shares, he ask you to buy 5 different share to spread the risk. A well run Group (Conglomerate) is just that. They all deduct 30% of SOP.
