- With people afraid of traveling to certain countries, the tourism industry will make less annual yield, then there are less hotel booking, - CPO is going down due to many factors, from RM 3,030 for one tonne(22/01/20) to RM 2,657 per tonne today
- less Traveling means less oil/fuel demand(or consumption), also china has ban vehicles from moving freely to the main road due to the high virus spreading..
- For property, well when theres less visitor or tourists, the demand can be worse (this one got many factors and its not one of my element so i can't say much about it)

Just go to your bursa board, list it down all NFCP company - Binacom, Redtone, OPCOM and even TM, all is going red last week. Bursa from 1572.8 on 24th Jan to 1531.06 (42 points drop). So why argue when you can see the market yourself?, wait for a Lil more la, you cannot make fast money on the current situation with the Noval virus outbreak and china closing down their stock exchange... hope the virus can be controlled by the end of February or March this year as more country involve to help.... then we can fly fly.... right now it's panic attack, wait until the market adjustment (could take the whole year).... but we are not alone, other countries such as Japan, Thailand etc. also got hit...
