RTO from Big firm like Semperit will acquire at least 50%+ voting power (of 50%+ of the total voting shares) and thus will make MQTech be Semperit subsidiary... it's part of RTO process

Topglove with market cap 41.9bil still cannot close the deal when the Glove sector is booming between March, April and up to May, they can easily offer 900million to acquire Latexx (2nd largest glove producer) and would double their production capacity and thus creating more profit... with the ongoing Covid-19 cases, selling the Latexx with 700-900million wasn't a good idea since they can double their profit for 2020-2022 further, they would rather keep the company for another 5 years and gain 2-3bill profit easily...

topglove want to buy Latexx since February 2020 but still cannot close the deal, so maybe Latexx waiting for MQTech approach...

Bursa is down today despite the DJI close green, so all counter got affected, I believe that this counter will go 0.09 - 0.11 this week and will raise more once the deal has been sealed...

total after 5 years with 12% fixed interest rate = $341,529.17 + 4.180mil = 4,521,529 million

if 12% is continuous interest rate then it would almost double the amount of the house at 7.7mil after 5 years
