Based on previous results and to current eps, results should be in the 90cents to RM1 range. Nevertheless, the company managed to secure more projects and secure more cash from investors to complete these projects. Very unlikely for companies who perform private placement to not want to make money from their investment and even so minimum at par i.e. at RM1.00. As such, for short term it should at least be at RM1 and with better results in the future, more than RM1.

Company may have been a victim of goreng counter but prospects is there in subsequent quaters with realisation of more property and construction projects.

Anyone else got view on the results and the stock?

*Placement price and share issues price is hither than market price I mean. So shares should rebound like today. today.

And the new shares issues at par i.e. RM1. Its still below the current market price.

Guys, I am a relatively newbie to stock investing and i come to the forums to learn from all the sifus here.

Its a great that everyone has their opinions on a stock be it good or bad but what I think is not professional is personal attacks on the forumers. Its fine if you disagree but why attack the forumers attribute or their family members?

Everyone should talk on facts and if assumptions are made, comment on the basis of their assumptions rather than just counter a persons arguments by sake of it. Argue that the assumptions dont make sense because with logical explanation e.g. revenue growth mundane/flat, market factors, peer comparison etc rather than personal attacks (e.g. he is liar,conman, family didnt raise him/her well).

I am a newbie here and have been reading many sifus comments be it positive or negative remarks of a stock. However, I think its not professional to make personal attacks on any of the forums members and about their family as I believe that it is not fair for you to say something to others that you yourself wouldn't want people to say to you.

Internal Audit seldom check in financial statement, usually check on internal controls.....

But Charles T, wouldn't LA/Wb/WC's exercize price be lowered as well from RM1.00 to 87cents? So it might still be in the money but at higher prices as the WB are for a longer period (the premium would eventually decay).

And considering the LA/WB/WC prices have dropped tremendously, the effects of ex-date and ex-dividend may have already been priced in....

I am looking at almost a 30 to 35% paper loss from my initial investment unfortunately. Haiz.

Nevertheless, I am holding. Perhaps my investment horizon will be longer now but i believe the company still have good earning to report. Instead of holding for 1 quater, maybe for 2 - 3 quaters.

Anyway, if you refer to ATTA mother chart (for last few quaters), share price tend to pick up after results are announced and then it drops. Overall, it is still upswinging stock.

Again, all it boils down to is results and hopefully, it keeps reporting profits. No more swings like prior years.

Leonardo, I am a newbee and dont have much experience in share trading but purely based on q by q results, the upcoming quater would mark the 5th quater in a row of profits (hopefully) and the corresponding quater the last FY, only 2++k PBT and 1++k Net profit was recorded.

Excluding the last quater where results was very good 11.+++ million PBT and Net profit was recorded, the previous 2 quaters had a profit of around 3M and I hope this will be the new minimum each quater which results with moderately good EPS.

This is just my thoughts. Hoping for more consistent and growing results. Again, I am very new and a lot has to do with luck.
