My 2 cents observation.

Similar price pattern as JAKS when 1 super investor was forced to sell due to margin calls by banks last year.

If this is the case the price will bounce back after the force sale period is over.

Hibiscus - WC dropped >30% with high volume for the past few weeks could it due to margin call for some of the warrant holders?
From the Annual report 2019 - 30 largest warrant holders most have pledged to banks as security.

Conspiracy theory - If the mother shares price is below RM1.12 until March 2021 , the warrant holders will not exercise the option to convert the warrant to share. Hibiscus will not get the warrant conversion proceed of RM 300 - 350 million.
Hence need to borrow money or find other fund raising alternative (private share issue again?)

It was mentioned in the Offer letter that the company intend to delist the company from the Bursa.
In a way it force the minority shareholders to accept the offer.

Guess something to do with the funds raising exercise that they expect to announce 6 months after the Q2 result was out...count down to the month of August.

Maybe change of strategy as many good announcements also do not move the share price upward.
Now announce lower target at 12K. Before 2021 ends announce able to achieve mission of 20K , share price sure sky rocking!
Share price must move up if not warrant holders will not subscribe the shares. Company needs the 300 million+ for expansion.

I have changed strategy take out 20% of the portfolio sell and buy back , follow the trends. See if few turnaround can earn some extra returns..\
Still keep minimum 80% for medium / long term.

In practical terms we will probably be well into the first quarter 2019 before we see any impact from OPEC production cuts. However, once we do, it will be like June of 2017 all over again, and the price of Brent oil could strongly respond to the upside.

Today the value of shares transacted in Bursa is RM 1.32 billion.
Stamp duty collected at 0.3% is RM 4 million.
Increase the stamp duty by 100% will generate additional revenue to government by RM 1 billion per year (RM4 million X 260 trading days).
