Like I explained to you earlier, but which I doubt that you hv understood, I can now afford to buy nearly 1,400 big lots of Suma WB, compared to only around 1,000 before ... So, when I get to 5,000 big lots, which is now a realistic target for me, at the rate I'm going now, I only need Suma WB to recover to 40 sen for my total investment value to reach RM2 mil in worth ...

Do you know, AndyChucky, that I made 25% profit on my capital in the last 6 weeks ... So, what is a 4% bank personal loan interest per YEAR? ... Chicken feed ... That's right, chicken feed ...

Without a bank loan to expand my investing capital, I might hv recorded 25% ROI also, but in total RM value, it wud hv been much, much smaller ...

An investor is also like a businessman. He puts money to work for him, to make even more money for himself. Just like any businessman.

The important thing is to manage your investment, like a businessman manages his business, and keep being able to repay your monthly intalment, whithout crashing your monthly budget.

A bank presonal loan's interest, from MBSB, BSN or Bank Rakyat, at the moment is only around 4% per annum. Whereas an investor's ROI, if he plays prudently & wisely, wud come to a minimum of 25%. Even more, very possibly much more, if one is a savvy investor. So, what is your naive argument against that ...

As for 'ah long' loan, that is a completely different deal. I oredy cautioned KAQ, to NEVER ever go even within a mile of an 'ah long' ... Yes, that one will eventually sembelih you ...
