annuar musa might have still had some reasonable chance as timbalan presiden candidate in next umno election IF he had stuck to zahid-najib faction in umno

but now he has completely shot himself in the foot

Same with annuar musa too, he has never performed so well in any umno elections.

He already lost contest for ketua pemuda umno post to zahid way back in 1997.

While in 2018 he only got some chance in contest for timbalan presiden post becos he was perceived to be a close ally of najib-zahid faction. And he still got beat by tok mat. So what chance has he got now.

In umno elections 2010, hisham only managed to win 2nd highest ranking vp behind zahid.

But that time he was still perceived as a close ally of both najib & zahid. But now times have changed.

Then in 2014, he slipped down to 3rd ranking vp behind shafie apdal. He in fact almost got beat by mukhriz.

While in 2018 he backed out from contesting completely.

hisham, for example, has never performed that strongly in any umno elections

All them by-elections that umno-bn have won by landslide majorities have been the ones done under zahid's charge

The only one under tok mat's watch, when zahid was away on temporary leave, was only won by a small majority.

So, you can diss & denigrate zahid all you want, but he is still the main man in umno. Still the guy to be reckoned with.

so, saying that global glove demand is clearly undoubtedly going to drop back down to pre-pandemic level is, well, quite tonto dumbo I guess

and it's not even so clear yet that covid-19 is gonna be eradicated completely even in five years time
