6868, these sort of things one can only learn by trial & experience. And if you want to minimise your mistakes, gotta do a lot of self-study & self-observation. Takes a lot of effort & commitment. But then, in this world, nothing comes without effort & commitment.

Let's put it this way. You can only learn football by actually playing lots & lots of fotball, dancing by doing lots & lots of dancing, courting ladies by lots & lots of courting. Just to givbe some simple examples. You can't learn that much just from reading & studying alone. The skills of any 'game, you can only learn from playing it.

Your old existing shares will remain in your account. They won't disappear anywhere.

When trading restarts, and and new RI shares come on stream & becomse tradeable, new RI shares hold SAME status as old existing shares, but, compared to the old price, the old shares are adjusted downward in price, to accommodate the expansion in number of shares.

That is all. There is no magic. There is no mystery. Just a simple restructuring of stocks.
