Sumatec was also a loss making company at one time. But HS saw something good in it. So he bought it. Then he used his business experience and skills, and also corporate networking, to turn it around. Pretty successfully too, so far.

So what if AsiaBio bought a currently lossmaking company? Maybe the owners of AsiaBio saw something good in it, something of fair worth. Maybe some potential energy. So they bought it. They must hv a good turnaround plan of their own for what they had bought.

Just as HS did when he first bought Sumatec. Which was under PN17 degnation at that time then, mind you.
