Personally, I rate Tan Sri Lim Keng Cheng a more capable Director than our Chairman Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo. KC is dedicated hard working, no bull shit hands-on type of Director. Feels alot more comfortable in his hands. DYOA

Either he is resigning or expecting a hugh drop in price. Big$ involved here with the right timing. Read what you can out of it.

The way I see it, there must be a benefit for Botak to do this exercise. Release cash back to him as well as getting new shares from the various consolidation/merger or whatever exercise he choose to call it. To make head or tail of this you really need to unscamble what his brain is thinking. Maybe some of the major institutions with their professional analyst might give us an indication (good or bad) based on their own reactions. Don't forget that he had tried to do this exercise before with his stables of companies but didn't get it through.

Try and catch the bottom of that falling knife. Should be around 0.83, bottom trend line before it goes up again.

It is going to be a bit hard to get to 0.80 in the short term. Too many sellers.
