After hearing the Chairman and MD response at the AGM, I think the company is on the right track now. This is not the time for privatisation. Let the minority shareholders share the rewards and growth of the company. If want to take it private, MRCB should be sold at least RM1 to be fair to all.

I will not accept anything less than 80 cents if there is privatisation. This is unfair to the investors.

I am staying at Tanjung Bungah, Penang. Everyday, I pass by the company's STP2A project....you can see how big and valuable that land. Land there should be at least RM500 to RM600 per square feet. The whole land there is easily more than 150 acres or 6.5mil square feet. At RM500 square feet, that land there is worth more than RM3b. or RM2 per share. Book value is only RM900mil which is the reclamation costs.

Eddy, I bought this counter recently at 18.5sen. Price is quite stable at around 19sen. Other counters share price had been going down lately. So, the company's buy back scheme is doing good to stabilize the company share price. For the profit from Berjaya Kyoto, the company can use it to grow the company instead of paying dividend. It can be used to fund new acquisition like Berjaya Singer which will grow the company. Shareholder should be patient and wait for growth. Giving out unnecessary dividend won't be a good thing for the company in the long term.

I think TSVT is doing a good job to keep BCorp afloat during this difficult time. Share price remains stable when other counters drop. I don't think dividend is important at this time. Most important is stabilize this company now and prepare for growth.

Jackson, I have also sold Mah Sing. I bought E&O too. Not many good property counters with dividend below 50 sens now. E&O also giving out 3sen divided every year. Same like Mah Sing but counter cheaper.
