什么是Franctional Reserve System (FRS) ?

假没FRS=10%。

如果 A 把 RM1000 存入银行,银行须把10％存在国家银行(央行),然后把RM900借出去。

B 以他的资产抵押给银行，借了RM900。 B 把借来的钱用来作生意,收到这RM900的人把钱存入银行,银行须把RM90存在央行, 然后把RM810借出去。

C 向银行借RM810, 收到RM810 的人也把钱存入银行,RM81存入央行,然后借出RM729。

这样一直下去，banking system 在收到RM1000的存款后，可以借出 (1000-100)÷0.1=9000的贷款。(FRS 10%最高可借出RM9000)
