My traders friends from oversea had been sharing a lot of data about the coming crash of the current stock market, some of which are very interesting to look at as well make a lot of common sense. These are some of chart and data that common investors will never get to know unless they have a lot of experience in the financial market.

S&P had been peaked only 6 times since 1950 when it was trading > 2.0 Standard Deviation (StDev) on a 10-year rolling basis. According to the data provided, the current market is the 7th time and has the highest StDev ever recorded in the history of stock market. The current bull market is around +6.5 years and at this month the the StDev is 2.6. This means we are not very far from the usual +7 years StDev recorded in the stock market history.

These kind of data can make the smart investors thrill at what's coming but it can also means disasters to the common investors and common people who had no financial knowledge. When the market goes down, it's not a question of if it will come or not but a question of when it's coming. We should all prepare ourselves to the worse situation ever, such as economy recession, rising unemployment, falling property prices, increasing bankruptcy,etc


I know I have been telling a lot of things about the coming financial crisis recently and every time it makes me appears to be more like Dr.Doom to everyone. But I have a moral responsibility of telling everyone to stay safe from doing the wrong investment and brings financial disasters to yourself if you aren't financial savvy. If I am accurately right and some people listen to the advice and didn't get burn from the upcoming crisis, that would be one of those days that you feel like a savior.
