cut back will not work if US keep producing more shale oil and importing less from opec,the main issue now is oversupply of crude oil due to ever increasing US shale oil production..at best,a cut back will only provoke a knee jerk reaction.

crude oil futures now encroaching its lowest point for the past 3 months,rite before opec meets tomorrow,i would assume opec would not be able to reverse the downslide of crude prices.

when all o&g drop together as a group,it does not matter which one drop more and which one less,all will rebound when the fundamental picture improves,even if only temporarily.

what happened on friday is what i call a short covering on crude oil futures,wakakakaka.
wti crude will be well above USD80.00 by next week in anticipation of OPEC move to cut supplies,whether they in fact cut or not does not matter,it's the anticipation that counts!
all O&G shud stage technical rebounds following the price of crude oil.
