At 25% of unhedged forex, the unrealised forex loss still a concern to me. Maybe l'm overly concern as market may able to digest it since it is paper loss only.

rizerlee, for PAA l have the same opinion with you. For IAA, just hoping that its loss will be reduced in coming quarter but look like not too optimistic.

For the coming quarter result, the most l concern is unrealised forex loss, 2nd is on IAA performance. Even just a paper loss for unrealised loss just wondering how majority investor will view on it. How you look at unreliased forex loss?

AA can looking to team/pair up with other strategic investor in order to reduce the required fund for privatization.

At 1.70, required fund for remaining 60% share for privatization is RM 2800 million.

Major shareholder:

Tune Air Sdn Bhd - 19%
Wellington management - 10%
EPF - 7.3%
Skagen AS - 5%

Total about 40%

There're two constraints in privatization:

Fund raising &

Nod from main shareholder.

Once those constraints cleared, another 'gem' will be removed from KLSE.

The amount is not small, i have doubt this much fund will be able to secure looking the risk in airline business and low margin in business nature.

Just simple calculation will tell, if it privatized at 1.35, how much Tune need to fork out?

l think he will avoid to direct answering the question. The longer he kept the privatization news in subtle way, the longer in propping up the AA share price.
