I missed the Perdana boat before. When it recovered from 1 to 1.22, l sold all my holding temporarily at 1.22 waiting consolidation so that l can re-entry at lower price, who's know there's not big consolidation, the price stay a short while at 1.22 before shootung all the way to 1.52, the offer price.

Due to this experience, l won't too greedy by doing short sell and buy back for potential stock.

I can't know the truth why they selling but one thing is sure they are worrying the melting/collapsing of emergency market. They are avoiding it by selling portion of their holding in emergency market.

By sale and lease back plan, the debt will be greatly reduced. The debt ratio had been improved on last quarter due to sale and lease back plan.

r'moi, the net forex loss is hard to get the exact figure, just estimation only as too many variable in it.

r'moi, how to load the unrealized forex loss in each quarter can be a big impact to some of them here when they just look at the net profit figure alone without considering the the other fact.

UNREALISED forex loss from USD loans is just a paper loss(no impact on cash flow) as the majority of US loan is termed more than 10 year. I said the same during bear time back to few weeks ago which's not quite receptive to some of them.

Calculation on net forex loss is not straight forward. It is a tricky mathematical question.

With the most stringent accounting practice as used by only a few IB bank(Alliance DBS, Cimbank & GMT), the current price is not overvalued. The common accounting practice accommodated by majority IB like PB, HL, Kenanga, TA, RHB OSK...etc, the AA is valued at 1.8++

BearbearDDD, when the price of AA at 78cent, all people believe AA is worth for this price or even lower at 50 cent. There is no use to talk about fundamental on that time. The time is now reverse, how many of them believe this again when AA price break over 1.00?

AA stock is highly volatile...why up so much? Back to few weeks ago, it continuously down for few weeks no matter KLSE is up or down. Is the same episode going to happen but is in opposite direction?

Hi all, i still hold on my 3rd purchase. l do have different opinion;

-Wellington or FF will buy in again after ringgit stabilized - why pay more at the time ringgit still in down trend mode.
- US sentiment turn from negative to positive- worry about big correction in Sep/ Oct still not subsided. Once correction is done, it is time for big purchase.

Anywhere, l'm not 100% correct.
