If one is prepare for a long wait for them to put their house in order, then maintain status quo. If not, just take the loss and redeploy your money more carefully. I believe they have a lot of debts which even after getting back on track too, they would have to deal with it. I would not add more by averaging down as I would use the money for other more prospective counters. Its our selection of counters that put us in this situation. Be aware

I think its a smart move. I did the same too. After the split, we will start at a lower price level, and hopefully the new factory will start producing and will generate more revenue and profits for the company so the dividends will be good, better if share price goes up.

The Proposals are subject to the approval of Wellcall's shareholders, which will be sought at an Extraordinary General Meeting"
Now that the listing of these new shares after the split is approved, the next will be the EGM.

Checked the 5 year share price movement. 5 years ago was at Rm1.70, now 5 years later its at Rm3.20 after a 1:1 bonus in 2012, plus all the generous dividends, its a company to watch out for now and future and keep long term

Their palm oil equipment manufacturing and commissioning business is doing well, besides the special purpose vehicle retrofitting business. In the near future, plantations will become big business for them as they are planting up now. I have invested in this counter long term as the company is well managed and shareholders are rewarded well. If there are any sharp pullback in share price, I will add more

Past few days, PWRoot has been climbing, there could be some good news coming.

Yes we all will need to have some other forms of income. The increase in prices of everything is affecting our lives. I choose Kossan due to its strong management and fundamentals, not that I personally know anyone in there but from what they are doing. Action speaks louder. If there is any major price retreat, I would add on one more gloves counter, Harta, as I had dispose just recently. That would be all for my exposure in the gloves industry. Cant have all or too many as I have other counters, diversification in industry haha. Thanks

Invest1818, thanks for sharing generously, I could learn more about this industry. Yes, being competitive is one of the keys too as there are quite a few big glove companies here in Malaysia. Each one of the are going to have higher production volumes, and one that can do so with better efficiency and lower cost will have the edge. Thanks
