its a scam operation here,...'VT buying, VT going to privatise..' tall tales since 2014 by the syndicate here. these same guys in BJCORP also !

Lesson learned : cash distribution is NOT a positive factor , for the share price. this stk has no big fund/ brother support, just cut loss n move on
