It is good enough of our esteemed Mr. Calvin Tan to have brought up TDM to our attention. He has already delivered a big generous present. That is already something fantastic.

We cannot expect him to be doing all the job for us all the time. None of us even belanja him even one single roti canai, chappati or mee goreng for his good turn to us.

It now up to all the rest of us to carry the TDM torch & to keep spreading the TDM light to yet newer & newer investors. We can each do that by continuing to post relevant and/or interesting stuff, or even by simple normal trivial chatting, discussion & gossip.

Keep the forum room alive for the purpose of attracting more new investors. Don't simply ignore it & leave for a complete holiday. TDM is now our shared joint business endeavour. We have to continuously work it & take good care of it, to make it grow & prosper. Not for anybody else's benefit, but for our own.

In, addition, that AmInvest prediction is based on pure TA only. If we combine with FA, I would add another 10 sen to the upside part, at the very least.

Anyways, the second part of that AmInvest prediction is no more relevant, since 20 is now already broken.

But then I'm comparing it to agri land in Kota Bharu area. I guess agri land in Besut area has a much smaller price valuation.

Can't read the figure for the land area properly. Is it only 438.1 sq metres (rather small), or 438,100 sq metres (quite big)?

Just calculated. TDMs landbanks In Trengganu alone (not counting landbanks in Kalimantan and elsewhere) is the size of 143 Subang Jaya’s, leh! As sure as the sun rises in the East, TDM is gonna become a billion dollar company, man!

Gotta learn to accept some losses in your investing life. You do not expect to make a profit in each & every transaction in your investing history. The objective is to make much more profits compared to losses in the long term.

A recommendation is only a recommendation. Nobody is under any compulsion to buy anything.

When you see something recommended by someone, you do not simply buy headlong into it without doing your own personal due diligence on it.

I have not bought into Dayang simply because Yew Yin or anybody else recommended it. I have done it because I like Dayang after studying everything about Dayang, especially it's most recent QRs.

Strategic thinkers are more concerned with the big picture & the long term.

The whims & fancies of the here & now do not stimulate or excite them. The future is what cuts ice with them.
