pang72, ekovest duke 1 & 2 was profitable but bare in mind the current major share holder/management was super kiamsiap. Anyone who wishes to enter must prepared to wait a longer time for getting capital gain on it

"The land trial process for the remaining eight lots related to Section 3 of the WCE (KESAS-Federal Highway Route 2) has been completed and payment to the landowner is being finalised.

"We expect to fully complete the land acquisition process for the eight lots by the end of this year," he said.

My mistake.. should wait another 2 more months to see how the actual site progress...

What happen when the land need to be use was still undergoing court case? this is something unforeseen unless some high-level influences put pressure on court....it could be happened in malai land lol....

Human mindset... when 20 sen people worried its will turn bankrupt but price up more than 400%, results or completion date not an issue anymore lol....

the problem was with section 2, 3 and section 7 which you can see from the video posted out on youtube...and it looks like the land acquisition could be still under COURT CASE. Hence the start work date could be delay on those area.... Delay=company need to pay more interest and lesser income.

I would prefer MS UE rather than MR CB.. if you looks at MR CB PROJECT THEY HANDLE MOSTLY DELAY AND LOW QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP. SORRY...LOL... E.G LRT 3
