Nasdaq hits record high on Intel strength
(Reuters) - The tech-heavy Nasdaq index hit a new high on Friday after a strong forecast from Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) and encouraging business activity data out of Europe, while concerns eased over the coronavirus outbreak in China.

We are confident with the mgt performance of the company over past one year and it seems to be better in next two years as the mgt has proven that it able to apply acquisition strategy to enhance revenue and profit that has been proven by order book increment to RM710m from RM80m and it intends to bid for RM2b projects with the mgt expertises; there will likely be a good financial released in February 2020. hi guys,

It is not the matter of FIGHTING or FAll in love with the shares like KNM, BUT financial and investment analytical and buying & selling skill has to be applied.

Those ppl kept previously saying KNM is worthy to hit RM3.00 in future and assets worthy more than RM1.00 are irresponsible guys to trap innocent ppl to buy at much higher price like RM0.4 above except you had bought it below RM0.20 cause you do now how to avoid speculated share price from dropping.

Those innocence must study Warrant Buffet book ; there is no free lunch in the share market but there are crocodile in those speculated counters. Innocent ppl need to focus on worthy good counters in term of very good financial performance (like EPS..) for their hard earned money and this ismy 2 cents. Good luck !

Good counters with good financial performance and result like Eco World Dev and international and Uzma ...are for investment but not for speculation.

For those speculated counters, we have to buy at lower prices when there are less creating FAKE buying and selling trend by manipulators.

Contra guys have suffered a lot from contra games

MCT Berhad ( A property developer) which is a good counter , is very undervalued to current share price of “RM0.26”due to Public shareholding spread of 24.59% that not yet reach 25% but will put effort to solve it and strong advantage of as below and good luck !


KUALA LUMPUR: Philippines' Ayala Land has raised its stake in property company MCT Bhd to 72.3% or 669.92 million shares at the end of the takeover offer which ended on Monday.

According to CIMB Investment Bank on Tuesday, Ayala Land had received acceptances for 295.27 million shares or 22.12% stake.


Ayala Land, had through Regent Wise Investment Ltd, launched an unconditional mandatory takeover offer when it emerged with 50.19% following a corporate exercise.

It had made an offer of 88 sen a share to the minority shareholders. However, Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd has advised the minority shareholders to reject the takeover offer as the offer price was a discount of 50 sen or 36.23% over the estimated fair value per MCT Share of RM1.38 and described the offer as not fair.


To recap, Ayala Land first emerged in MCT in April 2015, soon after MCT’s listing on Bursa Malaysia. It took up 9.16% stake, which was part of a placement of shares at a price of RM1.28 a piece.

Six months later it bumped up its shareholdings in MCT to 32.95%.

In early January, Ayala Land emerge as a major shareholder of MCT, through its unit Regent Wise Investments Ltd, signed a share purchase agreement with Tan Sri Goh Ming Choon, a major shareholder of MCT, to buy 230.12 million shares, or 17.24%, for RM202.5mil cash, or 88 sen per share.

This brought Ayala Land’s holdings to 50.19% and firmly indicated its control of the local property developer.

Ayala Land is the biggest property developer in the Philippines. Its market capitalisation on the Philippine Stock Exchange is about RM53.69bil.

Demand For Apple’s New iPhone 11 Is Strong

其实MMSV 有两个产品卖点如以下：-

1）Automation system for auto production in Malaysia now onwards that Malaysia government encouraged by budget 2020;

2) Test services for electronics items like I-phone and now I-phone 11 product has good responses from market ; this service had been affected by US-China trade war that US and Asia customers made less order in 2018 and early 2019. Furthermore, China will continue to put some effort to negotiate with US over the trade and this trade negotiations momentum from the both countries are quite good :)
