Kin fu, since this morning, the brent price change from 50.66 to 52.05 = 1.39 USD, according to your statment, this is 1.39 Milion more revenew for hibiscus, it could be more than that once the oil production cut is extended, the brent will touch 60 USD, and this is 10Milion more for hibiscus..

Simply when looking to teh brent oil chart, i can see that the trend now moving up all the way to 57 USD/bbls.. its about time teh oil price to recover.

Last QR Hibiscus sold about 270 K bbls at 41.70 USD/bbls. This quarter will defenitly show higher income, since the production and oil price has increased significantly..Hibiscus share 0.430 is realy undervalued now.

let me tell you why Hibiscus is not realy bothered to mutch with the daily oil price more than the average price, simply because he do produce about 4000 barrels a day, but he do not need to sell it every day..Anasuria FPSO have a storage capacity that can last more than 40 Days of production,, read this article posted on Hibiscus website under FAQ, refering to Qr report of last year 2016.:

In the first instance, we would like to inform our shareholders that our crude offtakes from Anasuria are marketed by the London office of BP Oil International Limited. As part of our crude oil sales activity, BP oil traders conduct a transparent bidding process for each offtake and, subject to our approval, award the winning bidder the relevant parcel of crude oil (normally in cargoes of circa 250K bbls, net to Hibiscus). Furthermore, when we quote a ‘Realised Oil Price’, we are reporting a net selling price that has taken into account the charges applied by BP as our marketing agent and the vessel charter costs for delivery of the oil to the refinery.


We should also clarify that whilst we produce oil on a daily basis, we do not sell oil each day but, instead we sell oil in cargoes (or parcels) of circa 250 K bbls per delivery (net to Hibiscus). Oil produced each day is processed and STORED in the cargo oil tanks on our Anasuria Floating Production Storage and Offloading (‘FPSO’) facility until we have in our inventory the desired volume.

Once we have the desired volume, it is sold (in one batch) at a single price / bbl.


Our cargo (that resulted in our second quarter revenue) was bid out, sold and delivered by BP (on our behalf) before the OPEC meeting held in November 2016 (as explained under note 18 of the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Report for 31 December 2016 (‘Report’)). Hence, we obtained a price that was prevalent at the time of the delivery.


Please note that the average oil price shown in the Report is USD41.70 per barrel.

in teh mean time Hibiscus is still doing excelent job and bussiness is up and running..this is all what i care about.

i suggest we all should stop promoting the fall or the rise of the share. Contra player should stop scaring people for no reason just for their pleasure to collect cheap...you are hurting alot of investors and truss me without investor you will not be able to sell yoru share even if you collect it at cheap, cause there will be no buyer..think first.. overall there is no market sentiment in the whole south east Asia at the moment, as the geopolitical situation with NK not yet cleared.

for those who have collected Hibiscus share, suggest to hold on to your share, do not fall in this trap, many trader want you to sell yours at cheap price..HOLD as much as you can..

Keep in mind that Hibiscus produce brent oil at an average of 4000 barrels a day, its share value stood at 0.56 RM when the oil price was at teh level of today. Oil Production is still on and production cost is still low (13USD/barrel), previous quarter result showed 10 Milion ringgit net profit when teh oil price was at 43 USD. this quarter which it will be announced by End of May 2017, will definetly show an increase of profite by at least 40%.. so this will attarct many operator to buy Hibiscus share, usually the shar will rise two to three weeks before the announcement, so hurry up and do not miss your chance here..

Hibiscus share bottom price is 0.445, there is no reason to fall below that level, those who benefiting from 0.475 level already sold all there share.. So now they will have to enter at this level or never again..buy at this level and keep, sooner or later the share price will move up and never see this level again.. you still have time to collect now. If you dont have , suggest you sell other stock and invest it here you will not regret. however you trade at your own risk..

agree with you choong, look like we are not able to stop those contra player. They are trying to push the share down to collect cheap. lets remind those that this could be seen as illegal act and it will be reported to bursa malaysia..there is no reoson i can think of that make the share drop unless somebody want it to drop..I am a long term investor and i realy do not mind about it now..soon QR announcement and Saba Shell announcement will be made.. thsi price will be a history with no comming back.. better to buy now and collect cheap..

KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia, Mitrajaya, PRG and Ancom could see trading interest on Monday after their corporate announcements and news reports, says JF Apex Research.

It said SP Setia, PNB and Amanahraya Trustees Bhd had last Friday signed a non-binding memorandum of intent to start talks on SP Setia’s proposed acquisition I&P Group.

I&P has 4,263 acres of landbank and the indicative price is between RM3.5bil and RM3.75bil.

Mitrajaya won a RM273.8mil contract to build a centre of excellence along Jalan Dato’ Onn in Kuala Lumpur.
