Base on the CRPS issue at MYR1.00, conversion rate is MYR0.66 with 10% premium. It means the management is positive with their upcoming company turnover and market outlook. They will be able to commit a 4% of annum dividend rate to the 2billion units. Meanwhile, the management think the present market price is under value and willing to offer a 10% premium for any conversion. Preference share is unable to trade in open market, therefore it won't create direct impact and dilute the market price in near term. 1.) I believe no CRPS holder will convert their MYR1.00 preference share at this moment as the market price is closed at the level of MYR0.56 now. 2.) The criteria and promising return is aiming to attract investment from institution, banks or EPF and not retailers, 3.) The redemption of preference share will likely to happen gradually after the acquisition as lower market price will not benefits to the company. 4.) Adversely, it is possible for the company to push up their market price in return as an action to develop CRPS holders confident and interest, this will make way for portions of conversion activities, 5.) Company could target less than 5 years to generate enough $$$ to exercise their redemption.

Presently, their UPC is at USD15-18 and Brent Crude Price moving around USD39-45 for past week. Their turnover will be good if positive variance happen in their coming selling price and production volume. Output/hrs cost will be lower after acquired those producing assets.

Foreseeing Hibiscs will definitely grow bigger volume and more competitive after this acquisition.

@Peggylian, Agreed. After this impairment then their financial book should look better in next quarter. Plus, if crude oil price recovery, current red situation shall turn them into a darker black.

Guys, I see a lost making in 2Q2020 QR for Paramount. However, I feel all right under this tough condition. Perhaps, they let go of their education business at the right timing, they have more cash on hand and reducing in liability is making the financial status look better in general. Comparing with others short-term lost making companies, Paramount looks quite Lengzai!

I read a report about Velesto share price but couldn't track back the source. The analysis gave a fair price of 0.19 base on April'2020/Early May'2020 condition, It was before the released of the latest quarterly result. By their latest quarterly result, with EPS of 0.20, I assume the share price could be enjoy at >0.20, considered with premium given by the market. Anyway, the globe needs to get back to their normal operation and countries seeking for economy revival and momentum. We may face challenges before the released of Covid-19 vaccine to public yet we can't deny the world economy is unaffordable to continue its hibernation. Oil demand is on the way to recover and it is reflecting in WTI crude/Brent price. It is not at a very good level yet but on the way climbing back.

This company has many concession projects on hand. Base on their published financial reports and project outlook, it gives a very sustainable scenario, a company which suitable to invest for mid-long terms. By their current share price, apparently it has been great undervalued and can catch up for short term invest as well. I believe what been shared by PBB and their share price should go up to > RM1.20/unit. Is time to buy-in more!
