Josephn, business is probably affected before this because they have to put more time and resources to settle the audit issue. The statement business back to usual means they have probably wrapped up the documents etc to give to relevant party. That’s good to hear. Lost of goodwill should be in the cards in the lawsuit because this has tarnish the reputation of SD. No matter what happens after this, people will always have their skepticism on this company.

This puts even higher risk to investors because if they lose the law suit, all hell breaks lose.
