They averaging down from pre march crash mark up phase. Sad tho to see after all the project announcement and record quarter, the price hovers around here. If it hovers around 1.8, the chart would look better but i guess when this is the price that the operator wants, this is the price that the operator get.

Inari trailing Pe is PE45 now which usually is around PE30, if the earnings can show Reversal signs of growth, the PE80 will be adjusted to PE45 :p
