Selling warrant is not an issue. Directors do that all the time. It’s diluting EPS with the PP after all these times telling investors about how healthy their financial condition is. If it is that good and healthy, why do PP after the earlier PP?

The problem with the timing of the PP just when sentiment and trend begin to change. Management knew about this coming announcement and decided to short it to bilis. Sentiment on this counter is changing from bad to worse
