Bumi Armada and Yinson, and few other chinese companies are blue chip, flush with cash, did fund raising earlier so they are lucky.
Sapura kencana is also blue chip but their cost model is high, but they raise cash also at the right time last year.

繼七月底油價收報今年三月以來最低點後，本周原油走勢看來相對穩定，更有專家指出油價最壞的時刻即將結束。

《雅虎財經》報導，Rockwell Global Capital 首席市場經濟學家 Peter Cardillo 接受媒體訪問時指出，近期看到的油價跌勢即將告終。

Peter Cardillo 強調：「接下來油價仍有可能跌落每桶 40 美元以下，但我們基本上認為接下來油價將在每桶 50-55 美元的範疇內」並指出自己決非那些看空油價將來到 30 美元，甚至 10 美元、15 美元的空頭陣營人士。

受到全球原油長期供給過剩，導致油價始終不見起色，據傳企圖以高產量壓低價格，打壓美國頁岩油業者的始作俑者石油輸出國家組織(OPEC)也快受不了，有意召開緊急會議討論當前情況。

「儘管這是沙烏地阿拉伯所起的頭，但全體OPEC都深受其害」Cardillo分析，以政治的角度來看，此舉可能非常危險。因國際油價持續探底，就連沙烏地阿拉伯也傳出也今年年底前將發行 270 億美元債券，以應付國內財政日漸吃緊的情況。

儘管 Cardill o並未看到近期油價有太大的變化，但他認為自己感受到近期油價跌勢將走完。並指出：「除非我們再步入另一個全球性經濟衰退，油價才可能再跌，不然我認為接下來將在 50 美元左右徘徊。」

但他也強調，已和六大國達成核協議的伊朗，將是左右油價的重要原因。若接下來制裁一解除，伊朗石油部長日前已對外指出每日產油量可迅速拉高 50 萬桶，數月之內每日產油量更可恢復至 390 萬桶的水平。「若是如此的話，油價將維持在低價區間很長一段時間」。

My average Main 0.545 at 900 lots, WB 0.27 at 700 lots. I am not worried. I just let it be for a long term. That's it.

My target average is 0.30 near future once it touches around 0.12 or 0.13, I will buy more if and only if.

Am I going to sell it? NO, and I will if I need the money for emergency purpose such as heart attack, or wife nagging the hell out me. ;) hehe

I am progressively buying Sumatec to reduce the average will investing on other counters.

nomanland @HalimIsBack, I know a few in i3 forumer have high average price range of 0.25, 0.37 0.43, 0.54, 0.62. my average price is 0.v vi v. He he. Still hanging there and never had to worried about it.
