哈萨克斯坦油气田续贡献 幸马泰下半年收入稳健

（八打灵再也11日讯）在哈萨克斯坦Rakushechnoye的油气田持续贡献，加上新收购婆罗洲能源油气公司的激励，幸马泰资源（SUMATEC，1201，主板贸服股）预测下半年的收入保持稳健。

在上个月杪公布的首季业绩，幸马泰资源成绩亮眼，营业额按年翻倍，净利更是从447万令吉剧增至1944万令吉。

总执行长克里斯道尔顿今日在股东大会后，向记者表示，业绩出色归功于去年收购哈萨克斯坦油气田的贡献。

他对现有的Rakushechnoye油田感到满意，因为每天可生产约1000桶油。

“Rakushechnoye油田是一个很棒的资产。

我们将会继续发掘新油井提高产能。”

至于正在进行中的婆罗洲能源油气公司收购活动，他预计，一旦完成交易，可在年底开始钻井产油。

拟发附加股筹11亿

“我们一旦收购了Buzachi油田后，相信会马上提高总产量，进而贡献盈利。”

不过，这还需要一个先决条件，就是配合收购活动，发行附加股筹资的建议需获得国家银行的批准。

目前，该公司正在筹备并等待国行的批准。

“如果我们在一两个月内发行附加股，相信可在今年第4季投入生产。”

幸马泰资源希望通过发行附加股，筹获最高11亿令吉的资金，以完成上述的收购活动。

根据预测，Buzachi油田的8口油井，每日产量可达1600桶。

另外，虽然油价下滑打击赚幅，但该公司保持乐观，并预测国际油价将在下半年恢复稳定。

为了提高产能，该公司不排除在亚洲其他地区，探索更多优质的油田资产。
