I use the money to buy back now
because I know if I buy back now and able to keep for a longer period , I fix it 1 year or TP 0.08 whichever come first , I am still one of the big winner of this counter at the end

I myself incurred huge loss months ago (May) , bought in around @0.28++ only to sell 2 days later at 0.24++ (All transacted before RI); if I had held until now after RI the loss could be more than double

you are outsider , not their CFO , how do you know ?

See AR2017 page 84 the planting expenditure on 1,798 hectare land and another dont know wat project... Q4 2018 fair value ard 120m.... fmu5 88,000 hectare fair value 390m/420m... dont know how the numbers come woh... too little info leh...

you don't understand but the auditor and SC understand .

(1) Apr-Jun 2018 before crackdown, impacted by export ban only PWI recorded operating loss if you took out the fair value gain of biological asset...

HALITE : 1. export ban doesn't mean log can not be consumed locally
2. fair value gain is still a gain
3. not fair to judge a company future prospect just by 1 Q
operating loss and impact on profitability due to change of
government


(2) Concern on selling by major shareholders before result announced...

Halite : amount dispose is insignificant compare with his holding


(3) Crackdown by authority in early July resulted in extraction volume of 5000++ m3, it continues until early September and the announcement made by PWI indicated that verification had been completed but operation had not been resumed as of that day...

Halite : verification won't carry on infinitely because the government is also aware of the damage done to the company



(4) Possible losing of FMU5 if found guilty on illegal logging and other wrongdoing in acquisition of FMU5, which is described as GAME CHANGER by PWI...

0.045 already priced in all negative factors

without fmu5, pwi is still worth more than 0.045

what more if fmu5 is successfully complete

plus the china container flooring contract

the price is definitely not just 0.045

those who exit from here and enter somewhere else

are they better ?
