Price of good durians normally quite steady and tends to go up any time. Sometimes some greedy eaters overbought, guess too hungry, and later found that couldn't consume them in a short time, so forced to sell at discounted price.

The D10 durians are expected to be tasteless or rosak ... I won't buy. Buy and eat good durians, normally much above RM1
