Asia Bhd has signed a collaboration agreement with maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services provider Destini Bhd ( Financial Dashboard), under the budget airline's proposed outsourcing of its aviation services to Destini.

"Each of these initiatives is to be implemented in a phased manner, over the next six to eight months, one after the other," Destini (fundamental: 1.7; valuation: 1.1) told stock exchange today.

AirAsia expects the outsourcing to reduce its cost by about 10% to 15% per annum.

Meanwhile, Reuters quoted AirAsia Bhd group chief executive officer (CEO) Tan Sri Tony Fernandes as saying that the group will recapitalise its 49%-owned Indonesian associate PT Indonesia AirAsia (IAA) so that the unit can meet a rule set by the country's transport ministry.

The report said IAA has submitted a plan to boost shareholder's equity ahead of a month-end deadline.

吉隆坡24日讯）消息指出，马资源（MRCB，1651，主板建筑股）与乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）的联营，将会赢得轻快铁第三路线的工程交付伙伴（PDP）合约。
根据《Focus Malaysia》的不具名消息报道，马资源和乔治肯特本就被视为工程领跑者，如今看起来也将会赢得PDP合约。
这项总值90亿令吉的大型基建计划，在早前已由国家基建公司（Prasarana）选出6个企业或财团入围。

I am quite confident AA will back to at least RM1.60, same thing for the trust in Tuneins. In fact, Tuneins will take shorther time to recover.

The price may slightly impacted by Apple can't make the expected sale. But this shoul compensated by good performance of Xiaomi and Huawei which is also Unisem customers. In fact, Unisem should deliver better result compare previous q! So, price drop may provide good opportunity to accumulate. Let see how it will performance within these few days.

The q result will determine whether it will flying higher or down further. If resukt is much better, then will fly over RM0.30, but if the result is similar or worse than previous, it will toward RM0.20!

This is the beauty of the big fish, get profit by dumping the share. If you trust the value in the AA, should take opportunity to accumulate ( but not in 1 shot) and No contra & keep for at least few months even a year. Then will get a fruitful result.

It is good time to accumulate at low. Just be patient and it is not for contra .

If AA share price is improved then Tuneins will follow soon. In fact, Tuneins is in better position to move up as any activities to increase | boost up revenue (even at loss by AA)will definitely increase the revenue and profit of Tuneins.

Price was not moving up due to previous executive director disposed his share, else with export-oriented company, weaken of RM, more than 95% export to northern America and payout dividend rate of >90%, price should be at least RM1.40++

Single national school will not solve the issue. Just look back 30~40 years+ ago, all the races were lived more harmony than present. In fact, the present syllabus ( Bahasa, moral education & local history) is tougher compared with previous. It was an old story.

I only more concern of how AA can turnaround the AA in Indonesia & Philippine, try to push down the price by big fish to create a panic in the market in fact is a good opportunity to accumulate slowly(normally their put up the price). Will further accumulate few lots for every 1~2 cents down.

Good thing was Unisem purchased most of their equipment for expansion or venture to new tech facilities when ringgit was around 3.0~3.3 for 1 usd. So, I believe by end of this year, it will be debt free.

Keep an eye on this share especially the main share holder sold 2%+ to some strategy investor at RM2.29 (present price of RM2.34 is just 2%+) ! I believe the coming q result will be quite impressive. If good result announces soon, the price will touch RM2.60+

I believe the weak ringgit can put to minimum impact through currency hedging. So, oild price low will benefit to AirAsia.
