From my observation of popularity for petrol station in Sarawak.

Shell is the undisputable no.1
Petronas no.2
Petronm in distant third

If one believe 3iii fair value of 4.20, one should wait or sell now.
No point in shouting here for lower & lower price here everyday.
But of course, market sentiment is really bad now.

HY shares have been beaten badly but just don't forget if the coming Q1 comes with Upside surprises, we'll be richly rewarded.

in this forum, believe yourself will do, ask yourself why u buy this counter, if the reason is due to its fundamental, just buy whenever it is undervalued, that's the most simplest thing to do. last time airasia dropped below rm1, how much is the price now? the usual weak point for retail investors is holding power, impatient, buy a counter without understanding it, scared by buaya, dont understand whether there is accumulation or distribution, which stage the counter is in now, overall market sentiment.....investing is talking about TA, FA and psychology...if you decide to be a trader rather than investor then please make sure you can take the risk...

I am not sifu. I play long term. One wife only :-) Treat me as uncle at kopi tiam. Time is a our weapon. Ask Fam, she must be sitting through lots of big crash. Big crash is big opportunity. You can sapu all blue chip.

I don't know price tomorrow. Let alone next week. We just know value especially when there is a crash.

TA cannot win consistently. You will win and win until that day, you are overconfident and lose your pants. You will find out there is always exception. Bumper!! They never tell you in the books.

When someone (Chinaman) bought a loss making refinery (Shell), they must had believed that they were able to turn it around.
After the takeover till now, they have been able to prove it (profit) consistently.
Why are there still so many who are shouting for lower & lower price?
The only sensible reason I can think of is they have insider's info that something is very wrong with the co that the majority of us don't know.
For me the only way to prove it, is to wait.
But I believe they are only trying to create Fear..!
And yes, I have vested interest (bought in at 8+ & 9+).

To all promoters, naysayers & especially Sifus,

What kind of eps for q1 justify a lower or higher price than today?
Tqvm.

Simple questions to ask oneself before investing.
1. Is the coming qtr higher or lower?
2. This price represent higher or lower qtr?
If price represent lower qtr buy, if price represent higher qtr sell.
I believe today's price represent lower qtr since majority have been shouting about it.
It's the exact opposite of the exuberance before q4.
Worst case scenario q1 lower, it's within expectation.
If q1 higher or equal, what's the fair value?
For any co, the value comes from profit & potential.
My conclusion is this is a low risk high return investment.
I try to ask Tua Pek Kong next week up or down, He also no idea.
So just ignore the temporary fluctuations.
