I already print screen n recorded down all the idss volume from today morning till 4.45pm, even though idss volume kept increasing from 4pm to 4.45pm, but there is no sign of buying back their shares

There is no maximum percentage that they can short sell for the share, as long as they not exceed 3% in a day then won't get suspended

Yesterday buy rate 30%, and this buy rate has been low from 25.4.2019 to today, except last Tuesday, which u believe the buy rate was due to EPF buying, then that day buy rate 56%, the rest of days mostly buy rate 20+ % to 40+%
