Splash's Taliworks bill is 530million so if offer is confirmed at 2.55B -----Then the actual "payout
for Splash is 3.08Billion by Selangor Government-----This in line with previous acquisition of Syabas where Selangor Gov assumed Syabas Liabilities

State valuation should be 3.2B------Federal valuation should be 3.4B
