really don't know who is the Real Owner of Gkent. Gkent's bid for Gov. projects are usually higher
than the rest of the bidders but usually gets the Job.....Please bear in mind in Malaysia, you don't need to be a "expert in anything" to bid for Gov. projects bcoz there are many
sub-contractors that can do everythings for you------as a matter of fact the same group of contractors are used by all the bidders.
