Let’s take the last EPS as the least profit that airport gonna earn for next 4 QRs (we know the EPS would be higher due to new airport tax hike and visa free entry) ie 16 x 4 = 64 cents.
As such,
PE 15 = 9.60,
PE 20 = 12.80,
PE 25 = 16.00!
