Be careful in investing China related companies. Based on my few cents, HengYuan business should be doing very well with high crack spread. However, I suspect the profits might be transferred back to China to avoid being tax by Malaysia government by commodity swap (buy more expensive — shifting profit technique), and declared lower profits or Q loss! Be careful! HengYuan share price also traded below MA200, bearish, based on candlestick pattern. Don't catch the falling knife!

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its joint venture company, MYEG PH, had entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with TIEZA to provide its payment channels for the collection of travel taxes through TIEZA’s Online Travel Tax Services System (“OTTSS”), an online payment portal designed to provide a more convenient, faster and hassle-free way of paying for travel taxes (“the Partnership”).



The Board of Directors is of the view that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the prospects of the Partnership is expected to be positive and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 and onwards.



The Board of Directors does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the Partnership.
