Straight away down 3c upon land acquisition announcement, this was a very first negative reaction. Bank loan drawdown starting before 30 June this year while new factory only expected to be completed first quarter of next year, therefore more finance costs incurred and that may turn company from profit to loss.
TP below 20c at end of 2024.

What I observed was Ranhill tend to follows YTLP up or down. Last week it followed YTLP down. On Tuesday it ended at RM1.13, didn't recover last week lost despite YTLP rebounded. Hence I thought it was a sign of weakness on Tuesday.

Different state has different water tariff. Not enough details were given in the announcement, therefore it is hard to assess the additional revenue from February this year for PBA for now.
