Accepted an offer to purchase land without reference to a valuation report. Thereafter replied to Bursa that the purchase is “fair and reasonable”, after taking into account the prices of comparable properties in the same location. 😂

Straight away down 3c upon land acquisition announcement, this was a very first negative reaction. Bank loan drawdown starting before 30 June this year while new factory only expected to be completed first quarter of next year, therefore more finance costs incurred and that may turn company from profit to loss.
TP below 20c at end of 2024.
