Off course not everyone wants to be a full vegetarian, neither is me. It is not easy to obtain enough protein and carbohydrates from vegetables and fruits alone, these two components of food are essential for the normal function for our bodies, among others. A balance diet is just adequate for me, just not sure about others.

Malaysian tend to eat more meat than vegetables because meats are tastier than vegetables.
In fact, a balance diet should consist of less meat, more vegetables, this way it can keep us healthier and maintain longevity.
In some countries, vegetables are more expensive than meats.
