Jmse1013, much will depend on how much contra selling is left and how the operator wants to play it on Monday. I cannot really advise much. If the price is too low, you might want to consider picking it up. For contra trades, my advice is always to sell within first 2 days of purchase as the operator has the tendency to push it down on contra due dates.

I think the warrant(rather than the mother share) is more prone to contra due trades. As with most goreng counters, high vols are "churned" during goreng times. Smart contra players would have exited on 1st 2 days of goreng. Not too huge "real" contra trades would be executed on due dates unless vol is deliberately "camouflaged" by operator to mislead pp.

lee77, when they subscribed for the right shares, they were entitled to free warrants, cost is 10 sen per rights share(+ free warrant).

Why low vol? Mkt is weak and last quarter's result was poor. Good thing is sellers(except contra players) are not willing to sell below cost....

Last quarter's report is out. Despite reporting a loss per share of 2.03 sen, its NTA as at end of last quarter still stood at 11.18 sen per share, which is higher than the current share price.

So, the poor result could have been priced in. Of course, operator might still choose to flush out contra players from today's chasing.

Closing at matching time today is 7 sen. Some contra selling...

Any temporary setback in price(whether contra selling or otherwise) will be viewed as a good buying opportunity for the longer run. Operator is in an accumulation mode too.

There is currently a short squeeze on the warrant. Mother share could benefit as the price gap narrows.

We should be looking at its core business to assess its growth. Other things are secondary.

It may go down if the next quarterly report is really very bad. But it does not mean that it will go down forever. Business operates in cycles. Once the business picks up, the share price should follow.

If u are a short term trader/investor, u should exit this counter now if u are worried about next quarter's result. This is still a better price to exit than the price before I appeared, as a result of Spaghetti's continuous talk-down on the counter until it hit 12.5 sen.

That is why I always say we must take a long term view when we invest in a counter. Ringgit has strengthened because of Ms Janet Yellen's dovish tone and a stabilisation of oil price. US$ could go up once FED becomes more hawish again or when US interest rate spikes up more. If so, your Airasia could suffer too.

At current price, I would say that genuine selling dwindles. Much will depend on how the operator intends to play his game, pending any bad news, whether priced in or otherwise.

There could be some other reason to cause the price to drop. But this is old news and it is neutral.

Frankly, I do not need to promote this share here. My trade plan can work in any situation(either price up or down). But I saw that many of you are stuck in this counter and somebody kept on talking down on this counter. That is why I came in to stop him.

The bulk of my investments are in blue chips like bank counters, Genting, etc. There is no need to promote one. The local funds will know what to do.
