Only managed to buy a bit when WTK was 25sen. I think this stock can easily climb to 50sen.

All I can say is...someone is goreng-ing. By the way what ruby20 said is correct. And this make sense for ppl to goreng at this right timing. Share price going up because of hype but it has to justify with the actual worth.

The dividend is attractive. Accumulate more if it drops.

WTK is worth at least RM1.50 per share. Current price is at serious discount. For long term investor, this counter is a rare gem.

Is coming....

They are the only pipe manufacturer in Sarawak and will benefit from the about to roll out state water projects worth billions of Ringgit. I can only see there is only one way up for the share price.

This counter is worth at least RM1.80 based on assets and cash flow. Anyone with long term vision is recommended to do a study on this stock and you would be surprised by the value it actually worth.

If got money to hold still ok, as i believe it will move up again. Worst is for margin investor.

I think they will park the construction work for the development project of the new major shareholders' listed company under Merge. With this, i believe there are hope the company will have more stable earnings, hence price appreciation.

Cool Guy: This counter is a gem if we purely evaluate it from Financial Analysis. But sadly as you said once the big boss is gone, their glory days are almost gone too. Just hope there is somebody in the management be able to lift them up again.

The company has cash and logging is a good business. Palm oil is facing short term pressure but this is not the most critical factor yet. It is the family problem that is the major concern for all investors. The management really have to wake up and clear this mess.

NTA is over RM2.00 and latest share price is RM0.48. If i am the owner this is the best time to accumulate their own share. The only problem is family in-fighting has brought the company to it's knee. How to sail a ship unscathed through a trouble water if the officers manning the bridge are fighting each other? The board and the major shareholder need to clear this mess. Wong Family is a prominent family in Sarawak and also Malaysia, they should lead by example rather than letting this once glorious company to dilapidate in their own hands.

Because UEMS is valued mostly based on their assets i.e. their land and houses built (majority in Iskandar region). Property market is very slow for near term and may take at least 2 years to recover. Even though their valuation is high but their business and property industry are slow, hence many investors will view it is not attractive to invest in their share.

Another key thing is WTK must resolves their family feud. Once they can sort this out, this counter will rocket to the moon.

@ivan: Looking at the list of companies you have invested, your selection seems to be quite good. Among the companies, I do not particularly like Tropicana and MKland. Anyway, that's my choice if i were to pick which companies to sell off.

ivan, you should start collecting some maybe. Now is a good price to enter.

imagine this company is taken private....the valuation will be at least RM1.20. Look at Weida, we may not get NTA price but at least this is worth much more than 70sen. That is my personal view.

Minority shareholder kena squeeze

now RM0.76....when I commented on 2nd Jan 2018, it was RM0.70. +8.5%.
In near term i foresee this counter hoovering around RM0.75.
It is still worth to go in at this price as long term target (or shall I call it true value is around RM1.20~RM1.50).

Sell before RM5.70. Take profit and wait for correction.

To those who hasn't own this share, this is the right time to own it as an attractive price. Go for long term investment, this counter will blossom.
