Brent oil in red colour..... Wooo woo Down to 8 cent maybe

This is what I observed.
I. Sharks / Operators bought a lot for the past 2 months. Along the way they push the prices up to max 5 cents.
2. Now, these sharks / Operators wants to continue acquire shares by depressed the price goes down. Along the way goes down they still collect low prices shares.

My wild guess from what I see from the statistic daily trading record, it's estimate about 25% are in their hands.

By depressing the prices goes down, these sharks/ Operators are trying to acquire at least 5% - 10% more shares.

After, they have acquires around 30% - 35%, then retail investors only left about 6%. What happen next would be skyrocket.

So, please be patient if the share did goes down up to 2 cents and gradually goes up bit by bit before skyrocket to be happenned.

Now, Goes up or down the share it is under control by SHARKS / OPERATORS.

MOST BUYERS AND SELLERS ARE CURRENTLY THE SAME GUYS..... THEY WANT TO MANIPULATE OUR MINDS TO SELL LOWER PRICES TO THEM.

FOR ME, I JUST HOLD MY SHARES and wait the skyrocket day. It will come....

This is 2 months past record. We all know most of the time SHARKS / OPERATORS have bought shares at the price of 2, 2.5,3, 3.5 and 4 cents.

We also know 59% Share is Insider Investors whereas only 41% is Public investors.

If Trading Volumes for the past 2 months shows 45% has been trading...... That means by logic or common sense sharks/ Operators have acquired a lot at least 25% if not take all 45%.

So, what happened now is what ever volume que buy or que sell are now under control of SHARKS/ OPERATORS.

So, let be patience. Prices goes up or down are now manipulate by SHARKS / OPERATORS.

Share consolidation won't be happenned

Let's think about the most priority to be happenned.

1. Propose Share Consolidation
2. Company Share buyback
3. Propose new warrant EAH-WF for acquisition of a new company
4. Announcement CEO buy 0.02% share at 0.035 cent price.
5. Operators or Sharks keep on accumulate share at 0.03 and 0.035 cents till end of September.
6. Share up at 4 cent and above at end of September due to of other reasons.

I choose no 5 and 6. because CEO has a lot of share at 0.02 cents.

Just be patience...... Time n day will come.

Still good sign. Que sell at 0.04 and 0.05 cent become lesser. No need to worry infact much much better to go higher.

Has NEXGRAM BIOMEDIC contributed revenue and profit to the Mother Company? Last Qr does not show directly or inform clearly.

Anyway have to agree NEXGRAM BIOMEDIC is potentially to contribute revenue and profit but definitely not on the coming Qr. Next year is possible

The company has successfully turn around from huge loss to only RM - 127K for time period of 1 yerar from 30 June 2019 - 30June 2020.

Look at the Financial 2019 report ended 30 June last year the loss reported is RM -48,191,000. But now for coming soon Financial Year 2020 ended 30 June the loss is -RM - 127K. That means the company is improved alit.

Revenue reported last year is about RM 26 M wheras F&B contributed RM 19M. Now up to date revenue reported is RM 38 M wheras F&B contributed revenue is RM 25 M.

On top of that Net Asset also increased in terms of millions. Company cash money still intact as well as low borrowing which comes from Project Financial (RM 4M).

This is all data which can read from current Quarter Report and Financial Report 2019.

By looking Revenue has increased by nearly RM 12 M a year and F&B segment has contributed increasingly by nearly RM 6M for 2 consecutive years, that means next year F&B revenue could be around RM 31 M and profit generated by F&B segment alone could be around RM 21M and above. Hence, resulting a very high profit to the company.

That's the way I see it and for sure the company is in a good shape after all despite reported liss of RM 1.26M.

With all the fact that we have currently, I really confident this share would go up after the real FINANCIAL REPORT 2020 is release in September.

Look like drop to 4.5 cents soon

Most O&G counter are expected announced QR loss despite higher oil prices recently. The sign is very clear. VELESTRO, THHEAVY, SAPNRG and ALAM are all shown stagnant share prices last week and this week.

Qr in September. Hopefully it's making profit.

Are this company still facing cash flow despite reducing debt?

Maybe company got problem with cash flow earlier still facing it. Read BLOOMBERG & WSJ Financial report about Cash Flow.

Political making money is the main issue here. Accumulate share at low prices thru PP.

This company is helping BN cronies to accumulate share at lower prices thru issue one PP to another PP. They want to make big money before PRU 15. 4 cents price could come.

Furthermore, today trading did saw someone is backing by buying a lot at the price of 3.5 cents despite major selling at the beginning and middle trading. Towards End part of trading someone did bought and support a lot.

Currently, this company is in the right direction whereby aquiring SUNLAND VOLONTE is the very very right decision. Nearly for the past 2 years, this F&B company did gave profit guarantee to EAH is about RM 14M for nearly 2 consecutive years.
EAH is now safe heaven and can moving upward by just increasing REVENUE in SUNLAND VOLONTE.

IT segment and others segment would support the company revenue as a whole.

With IT segment is about to generate higher profits in next Quarter Report plus with FB profits, it is confidence that next QR is likely to be in positive position.

So, just relax and be patience guys.

Share consolidation most probably not now because:
1. Insider Shareholders 59%
2. Public Shareholders 41%

41% is equivalent to 2,079,667,600 share.

Just need to be patience. Worth would come.

MZM2511 According to WSJ articles, this company Cash to debt ratio is 0.18 while
Total Debt to Total Equity is 47.12. This is the latest info.
This company business in principal is good but too early to enjoy higher share prices. It would only happen maybe 2 - 3 months. That's the way I see it. Anyway, it's just my 2 cent opinion. Hahaha....

On my radar screen now but wait till it stable lower first.

NG got a lot of Debt currently. This counter is good for investment but I don't believe the prices goes up in coming weeks. After 2 or 3 months could be. The company need to show positive next QR first. If not, the prices hover between 4 - 7 cents only.

As expected after PP sure share prices goes down temporarily. Company Men give chances to their cronies to start accumulate at low prices. Maybe goes down to 4 cents for them to start accumulate. Bornoil has strong link to BN party members. Good counter for middle term investment.

After PP share price would go down some more. For time being, Let the prices go do some more lower then buy later.

Pandemic this time around give NEXGRAM a opportunity to sell Health care products and apparatus. Company selling in Malaysia and internationally such as INDONESIA.
