Section 4 (each a “Proposal”) by no later than 3pm Singapore time on 31

allowed to submit multiple proposals so long as each proposal meets the

may be awarded.
2.4 The Participants are strongly encouraged to commence engaging Centre for

of Form A10, and PowerGas and SP PowerGrid on its gas and electricity
connections respectively so as to factor the lead time required for each process
towards the delivery of the new generating capacity.
2.5 Thereafter, EMA will commence the evaluation period which will end with the
notification to each Participant of the result of the RFP by 31 December 2023
(“Evaluation Period”). EMA will evaluate the Proposals based on the selection
process set out in Section 3.
2.6 The awarded Participant (“RFP Winner”) will be issued a generation licence
and be required to commission the new generating unit no later than 31
December 2027.
2.7 EMA reserves the right to not award any Proposals.

Since the significant correction period of approximately RM1.88, I've consciously shielded my mind from any negative noise by immersing myself in positive comments.
